*AAC file format (.m4a) will require apple's iTunes software in order to play correctly. we chose this format in order to allow chapter selection of our podcast (a new feature in iTunes 4.9). As a vast number of our downloads are via iTunes software, it seemed the obvious choice. at present we have a limited bandwidth and cannot add multiple format options. if you experience problems with the AAC format please try the following:
iTunes is available as a free download from apple's website in both OSX and Windows versions. the AAC files can then be played on either operating system or converted to mp3 if you don't use an iPod for podcast playback. sorry for any inconvenience.
